Overt racism both on the streets and in the arts has been an ongoing debate by minority dance artists. Through dance labs with youth from the community center, we addressed personal experiences regarding systemic racism. Six teens joined two professional dancers in communicating meaningful issues through the contemporary dance. The production was choreographed by Tine Fossmo, produced by Karine Leonardsen and performed on stage at the art hall, Ælvespeilet, during the dance festival.
