The boathouse is being fixed up as a residence for artists to live, work and collaborate. It has one room and a loft along with a pier. Sandøya is on the coast of the Eidanger fjord in Norway, two hours south of Oslo and only a 7 minute ferry ride from the old city of Brevik.
